When your flight qualifies for compensation, we email you a link to one of the partners above. You choose whether to proceed — there is no obligation.
If you click the link and submit a claim, the claims partner handles everything: correspondence with the airline, legal proceedings if needed, and payout. Their own terms and conditions and privacy policy apply from that point.
DelayPay receives a referral fee from the claims partner. This fee is paid by the partner, not by you, and does not affect the compensation amount you receive or the fee the partner charges.
You are free to contact any claims company directly or pursue your claim independently. Our referral is a convenience, not a requirement.
